Introducing ARCHIVE: MATTHEW CHAN

From as long as I can remember, I’ve realised how much architecture can alter mood and atmosphere, whether it is from from afar or within a particular space. As I grew older, I picked up cardistry, a hobby centred upon visual impacts; as well as photography, a practice of framing, colours and compositions. I also spent a lot of my time either with headphones on or standing in front of my turntable, fascinated by how music can provide companionship even in the hardest times. I’ve found fulfilment in creativity, and a future career dedicated to discovery and imagination would be a dream come true. ARCHive has brought me valuable opportunities in the discovery of architecture, and I’m glad that I’ve found others sharing this same passion and working towards a common goal.
